Watson Management Corp (WMC), founded January, 2014 is a S-Corp which provides support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies in Business Operations, Program Management, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement and Engineering Consulting. Ron L. Watson, Ph.D.

As the founder of WMC, Ron Watson has over 30 years of progressive experience in strategic business and program management with a proven track record of leveraging expert analysis and insights to drive organizational improvements. Prior to the establishment of WMC, Dr. Watson held key management positions at IBM Global Services, Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and MCR, LLC
Dr. Watson holds a Ph.D. in Systems Science and Master's Degree in Advanced Technology from Binghamton University, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University, and a Master's in Business Administration from George Washington University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
Dr. Watson is currently a Maryland State Senator in the 23rd Legislative District, who sits on the State's Joint Committee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology & Biotechnology, and the State's Energy, Education and Environment Committee. Dr. Watson was also a commissioned Signal Officer who served 15 years in the U.S. Army and in 2006 left service at the rank of Major. During his service he was responsible for doctrine-based training, support, and evaluation for military units covering DC, MD, VA, and PA. He served as Commander of the Signal Center of Excellence where he was responsible for providing state-of-the-art communications training to soldiers.
